You can use this process to set up the Earned Standards
to view the scheduling standards and to view, claim or unclaim earned standards for an SFC number or a specific operation for an SFC number.
You define setup and run time standards in Scheduling Standards Maintenance
(see Scheduling Standards Maintenance).
In Activity Maintenance
, you set the following activity rules for the Earned Standards
activity for site’s business process:
Rule |
Description |
---|---|
|
|
|
|
You set up the Award Unclaimed Standards
hook point activity (AWARD_UNCLAIMED_STDS
) to award all unclaimed standards when the SFC number is at the last operation on the routing (see Award
Unclaimed Standards).
The Award Unclaimed Standards
activity can be defined as a hook activity at operation, routing step, and resource level. Anywhere the hook activity is defined, the activity will be executed when the operation is completed.
Note
The Award Unclaimed Standards
hook point activity can be defined only for the POST_COMPLETE
hook point.
If operation status is Bypass, no standards will be awarded for this operation, because operations with the Bypass
status are not affected by the Award Unclaimed Standards
hook point activity.
Set the CHECK_ALL_STDS_LAST_OPER
activity rule to TRUE
, if you need to award all unclaimed standards regardless of whether the operation is on the production routing or another type of routing.
In POD Maintenance
, you create a button associated with the Earned Standards
activity (EARNED_STANDARDS
) and assign it to the layout (see Adding
POD Pushbutton Activities to Your PODs and Earned Standards Plug-In).
For example, you can attach the Earned Standards
activity to a button of
to the Default Work Center POD
POD in the Panel C
.
If needed, you create a button associated with the Earned Standards Log Report
(EARNED_STANDARDS_REPORT
) and assign it to the popup panel (see Earned
Standards Log Report).
