You use this activity to view or perform operations belonging to the SFC number that you select in the Work List in Work Center PODs.

You can configure the Operation List to change the columns displayed as well as their order and sorting in List Maintenance (see List Maintenance).

Note that you cannot assign the Operation List to the Operation POD in the POD Maintenance. The list of operations in the Operation POD is available through selection of the browse icon in the Operation field.

Prerequisites
  • You have defined an Operation list in List Maintenance

  • You have assigned an Operation list defined in List Maintenance on the List Options tab page in POD Maintenance

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

Rule

Setting

AUTO_SELECT

If set to TRUE, the system selects the first uncompleted operation in the Operation List.

Default value: FALSE.

IN_QUEUE_BUTTON_ENABLED

If this rule and the AUTO_SELECT rule are set to TRUE, upon selection of an SFC number from the Work List the system automatically selects the first uncompleted operation and executes the POD button activity specified in the SFC Queue Button ID field in POD Maintenance (see POD Maintenance).

Default value: FALSE.

SHOW_ALL_OPER_LIST_ICONS

TRUE: The system displays all icons in the Info column of the Operation List upon selection of an SFC number from the Work List.

FALSE (default): The system displays all icons in the Info column of the Operation List upon selection of an operation from the Operation List.

PLUGIN_URL

Specifies the plug-in location in the SAP ME folder structure

Default value: /COM/SAP/ME/PRODUCTION/PODCLIENT/OPERATIONLIST.JSP

Fields

The following table describes fields requiring explanation:

Field

Description

Risk Event

Displays icons indicating if there has been a change to the work instructions (see Work Instruction).

Status

Indicates the current status of the operation

New: The operation has not been started yet.

Active: The operation has been started.

In Queue: The operation is ready to be started. In the POD, operations that are signed off have the In Queue status.

Hold: The operation is on hold. When an operation is on hold, operators cannot start, complete, or nonconform the operation.

Complete: The operation has been performed.

Complete Pending: The operation has been completed but it has buyoffs with the Pending or Open status. This occurs, if operators do not have permissions to accept or close buyoffs with the Pending or Open status.

Previously Started

Displays the previously started operations

Qty In Queue

Displays the SFC quantity at the operation

Qty In Work

Displays the number of SFC numbers in work

Qty Reject

Displays the number of end materials rejected at the operation

Qty Complete

Displays the total quantity of the completed SFC numbers at the operation

Info

Displays icons indicating if the operation contains additional information such as tool list, and data collection requirements.
