Repeated Quality Inspection
In the manufacturing process, you may have to inspect an SFC number multiple times. For example, when a sample SFC number is dispositioned from an inspection operation and then returned back to the inspection operation (see Disposition Functions).
Note
This function supports only 100% quality inspection.
When you enter data for a sample SFC number for the second or subsequent times, SAPMEINT sends the collected data or the evaluation results to SAP ERP.
Note
A sample SFC number cannot be added to the same SFC group again, so it is not required to start the Sample Inspection Lot
(QM030
) plug-in for repeated quality inspection. You select an SFC number and choose DC Collect
to enter parameter values.
In SAP ERP, on the Record Results: Characteristic Overview
screen (transaction QE51N
), the existing values that were collected for this SFC number are marked as Invalid
.
Prerequisites

For 100% quality inspection, you have set up a routing for correct repeating reporting of the collected data by setting the Ext. numbering
field on the Header Detail
screen either to Unique external numbering possible
or Unique external numbering required

).
