This function enables the transfer of goods movement to SAP ERP upon assembly or removal of discrete components of a top assembly in SAP ME (see Assembly Point (Assemble Components), As-Built Configuration and Auto Assemble Component).
Note
This function does not support time-based components.
In Collaboration Link Maintenance
, you have verified that the ERP_COMPONENT_ADD
directive is assigned to the COLLABORATION_SFC_COMPONENT_ADD
link.
You have imported the production order data from SAP ERP.
You have received floor stock from SAP ERP (see Production Order-Specific Consumption
in Transfer of Floor Stock Data).
You have released the Production
shop order to the shop floor (see Shop Order Release).
You have verified that the component materials are not marked as backflushed (the Backflush
checkbox on the MRP2
tab page of the MM01
/MM02
transaction).
You choose Add
in the Assembly Point (Assemble Components)
or As-Built Configuration
plug-in to indicate that you have assembled a discrete component, or when a component is assembled using the Auto Assemble Component
hook point activity.
SAP ME triggers a collaboration action (COLLABORATION_SFC_COMPONENT_ADD
).
SAPMEINT sends the componentAddRequest
message with the goods movement type 261 (goods issue for an order) for the assembled component to SAP ERP.
Note that this component is not included in production yield confirmation (see Transfer of Production Yield Confirmation).
