You have defined POD lists in List Maintenance
activity (see List Maintenance).
On the initial screen of POD Maintenance
, select the Message Board
POD type and enter the name of this POD.
On the Main

On the Buttons
tab page, define the buttons or button groups that appear in the POD (see Defining POD Buttons and Button Groups)
On the Layout
tab page, specify the layout for your POD:
1 Panel Horizontal Layout (with Popover)
: Displays one panel in the POD with a popover panel.
2 Panel Horizontal Layout (with Popover)
: Displays two panels in the POD with a popover panel. This type is designed to support touch devices that are big enough to allow for accuracy of a human finger in two panels. We recommend that you avoid using popover in a tablet as it causes panels to be small and buttons difficult to push with accuracy.
1 Panel Vertical Layout (with Popover)
: Displays one panel in the POD with a popover panel from the right
3 Panel Horizontal Layout (with Popover)
(default): Displays one panel in the upper part of the POD, and two panels in the lower part of the POD with a popover panel from the lower right
3 Panel Vertical Layout (with Popover)
: Displays one panel in the left part of the POD, and two panels in the right part of the POD with a popover panel from the lower right
6 Panel Horizontal Layout
: Displays two panels in the upper part of the POD, one panel in the middle, and three panels in the lower part of the POD
6 Panel Vertical Layout
