You use this activity to indicate that an SFC number that was in the Active
state and has been placed back in a queue at the same operation. This may occur because of conditions associated with the shop floor operator, the operation, the resource, or the priority of a shop order to be built.
The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity:

When some SFC numbers in the process lot are not Active
at the operation (partial process lot) and the activity rule IGNORE_NOT_ACTIVE
is set to YES
, then the system acts as follows depending on the CONFIRM_PROCESSLOT_OPTIONS
activity rule settings:
If set to CONTINUE
, leaves all SFC numbers in the process lot and performs the Signoff
action for the selected Active
SFC numbers at the operation
If set to REMOVE
, removes the selected Active
SFC numbers from the process lot and performs the Signoff
action for them
If set to CANCEL
, cancels the Signoff
action and displays an informational message
If left blank, displays a dialog with Continue
, Remove
and Cancel
buttons
If two or more of non-blank settings selected, displays a dialog with the specified settings as action buttons
If the activity rule IGNORE_NOT_ACTIVE
set to NO
, the system cancels the Signoff
action and displays an error message.
When the user sings off a shop order where not all SFC numbers are Active
at the operation, the system acts as follows:
If the activity rule IGNORE_NOT_ACTIVE
is set to NO
, the system cancels the Signoff
action, and displays an informational message.
If the activity rule IGNORE_NOT_ACTIVE
is set to YES
, the system leaves all of the SFC numbers in the shop order and proceeds with the Signoff
action.
