Customer Maintenance
You use this activity to define customers. You have to define customers before you can create customer orders and release SFC numbers for these orders when you release shop orders. For more information, see Customer Order and Shop Order.
Integration
After defining customers, you can enter their orders in Customer Order Maintenance. You can then release these orders to the shop floor using either Shop Order Maintenance and Shop Order Release or Create and Release SFC.
Activities
After you enter the required data and save the entries, the system creates a record about the customer.
