You use this report to obtain information about shop orders (see Shop Order).

Prerequisites

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this report in Activity Maintenance:

Rule

Setting

SHOP_ORDER_HYPERLINK

Indicates whether shop order IDs have links that open the Shop Order Maintenance activity with preselected and retrieved shop order.

The default value is NO.

Features

Selection

The search parameters for the report include the following:

  • Shop order

  • Order status (Releasable, All, Closed, Done or Hold)

  • Material

  • End unit number

  • Order type

  • Work center

  • Date range

  • Customer

  • Customer order

  • RMA number

Output

With this report, you can obtain the following:

  • The shop order quantity results that are retrieved from the shop order database table. The quantity results represent the historical and static data of the shop order. The shop order quantity results remain static if the Change Production activity (see Change Production) is used to move a Done SFC number from this shop order to a new shop order.

  • Shop orders released for a certain customer and associated with a certain work center

  • The detailed information about a shop order, depending on selected search criteria

The results include the following data:

  • Shop order

  • End unit number

  • Customer

  • RMA number

  • Quantity to build

  • Quantity released

  • Quantity done

  • Quantity scrapped

  • Quantity in queue/in work

  • Work center

  • Link to the Shop Order Details Report

  • Link to the Shop Order by Step Report (see Shop Order by Step Report)

  • Link to the SFC Report (see SFC Report)

The Shop Order Details Report includes the following data:

Header

  • Site

  • Shop order

  • End unit number

  • Order status

Shop Order Details

  • Order type

  • Release date and time

  • Scheduled start date and time

  • Scheduled completion date and time

  • Planned start date and time

  • Planned completion date and time

  • Planned days to complete

  • Actual start date and time

  • Actual completion date and time

  • Actual days to complete

  • Delta start between planned start and actual start

  • Delta completion between planned completion and actual completion

  • User who first started the shop order

  • User who last completed the shop order
