You use this report to obtain information about production yield for a specific work center for a specific material or all materials. The yield is recorded for each time the SFC number is processed through the operation. The yield record stores data for the first pass and retest yield.

Features

Selection

The search parameters for the report include the following:

  • Material

  • Operation

  • Work center

  • Resource

  • Operation type

  • Date range

Output

With this report, you can obtain the following:

  • A list of work centers where SFC numbers have started and completed an operation for the first pass or retest processing

  • The percentage of SFC numbers that have started and completed an operation for first pass or retest processing

  • The quantity of the SFC numbers that have completed an operation for first pass or retest processing

The results include the following data:

  • Work center

    Note Note

    • If an SFC is associated with both work center and reporting center, work center is displayed and yield is calculated accordingly.

    • If an SFC is associated with only reporting center, reporting center is displayed and yield is calculated accordingly.
