Checking the Properties of an OData ServiceLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

In the SAP NetWeaver Gateway, you can check all generated properties, that is all fields existing in the back-end system and delivered by the search model to the OData service.

Activities

  1. To gain an overview of all generated properties, that is all fields existing in the back-end system and delivered by the search model, open the SAP NetWeaver Gateway via transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE.

  2. Retrieve the OData service for your fact sheet in the App Implementation documentation for your fact sheet at http://help.sap.com/fiori under Start of the navigation path SAP Fiori Apps Next navigation step <your SAP Business Suite product> Next navigation step <your SAP Business Suite application> Next navigation step <your SAP Fiori app> Next navigation step App Implementation: <your SAP Fiori app> End of the navigation path.

  3. Choose Gateway Client, and the Add URI Option pushbutton.

    UnderURI Option, choose $metadata and choose Execute. The system provides all fields selected by the search model in the back end, including the fields you have added to the search model.
