Settings for OData Channel Service Development on the Hub System Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

After you have made the relevant configuration settings in the SAP Business Suite system in which component IW_BEP is installed (SAP NetWeaver releases lower than 7.40) or in which core component SAP_GWFND is installed (SAP NetWeaver 7.40 or higher), you need to make some additional configuration settings in the SAP NetWeaver Gateway hub system in which you intend to develop OData services.

Note Note

If your SAP NetWeaver Gateway hub system is based on an SAP NetWeaver release lower than 7.40, you will need to install the core component IW_FND in your hub system. If your SAP NetWeaver Gateway hub system is based on SAP NetWever 7.40 or higher, the core component SAP_GWFND is installed as standard. For more information, see Deployment Options.
