Loading Installation Packages 
Before you can install or upgrade an add-on, or install a PCS, you have to load the relevant installation packages. SAP provides these packages
on add-on CDs (add-on installations and add-on upgrades)
In the SAP Support Portal under http://service.sap.com/swdc (special add-on installations, Support Packages)
on PCS CDs (Preconfigured Systems)
NoteInstallation packages from SAP Support Portal or from CDs are in compressed format. You have to unpack these packages before proceeding.

Prerequisites
The Change and Transport System (CTS) is configured correctly.
There is enough space in the transport directory (UNIX: /usr/sap/trans).
You are using the latest version of Add-On Installation Tool.
You have the relevant authorizations for Add-On Installation Tool.
You have called Add-On Installation Tool (transaction SAINT).
