Use this feature to identify roles that pose a risk to your company.
To create and maintain critical roles:
Choose
.The Critical Roles screen appears.
Choose Create.
Select the System, the Rule Set, the Risk Level, and the Status from the dropdown lists.
Browse for the Role name.
Choose the Role you want, and then choose OK.
Enter a risk description that adequately describes why this role is a critical role.
Choose Save.
Use the Filter option to search for and make changes to a critical role.
To search for a critical role:
Choose
.The Critical Roles screen appears.
Choose Filter.
An empty row appears at the top of the list of critical roles.
Enter search criteria to find the critical role you want to change and then press Enter.
When you choose Enter, the application returns the critical roles that meet the search criteria in the Search Results screen.
