The suggestion function for categories and objects in multilevel categorization.
Applications that use multilevel categorization can use content analysis to display automatic category suggestions. Then, using the selected categories, automatic object suggestions such as solutions from the knowledge base can be displayed.
If categories are selected manually, object suggestions that are linked with categories can also be used independently from content analysis.
