Every additional card must have an assigned main card. An additional card cannot be superordinated or subordinated to any other additional card.
Mr. Miller is the account holder of an account at the bank and for this account he has a credit card. This card is the main card for this account. If Mrs. Miller receives another credit card for the same account, this is an additional card.
