Land use management

An electronic form of the real properties register. The real properties register is the descriptive part of the real estate cadaster where all parcels are registered with their parcel number and other data, including:

• Official description, location, and size
• Usage type
• Indicators for assessing land quality
• References to easements and similar rights
• Information on owners and holders of hereditary land leases

The automated properties register replaces the real properties registersof the past that were managed on paper in book and card register form.
