A relationship between the values of various points in an allocation group and the retirement benefit plans in one social insurance (SI) modifier. When employees participate in more than one plan, you set up this relationship to use the points values as the basis payment during retirement benefit calculation. For example, You have grouped together the following points in allocation group AG01:

• Job grade
• Age

In addition, you have assigned the following retirement benefit plans inthe SI modifier SM01:

• Defined contribution corporate pension plan (DC)
• Defined benefit corporate pension plan (DB)

Then you set up two allocation courses AC01 and AC02 between AG01 and SM01 as follows:

• AC01: Allocate 80% job grade point to DC plan, and 20% to DB plan; allocate the fixed age point value 2000 to DC plan, and 3000 to DB plan
• AC02: Allocate 100% job grade point to DC plan, and 100% age point to DB plan

Then an employee who participates in both DC and DB plans in has two options, AC01 and AC02, on how to allocate points.
