In Russia, employees can receive the payment before the next regular payroll run.
After an employee is paid in January, a change in the employee's master data triggers retroactive accounting. The employee requests for the additional amount calculated during retroactive accounting to be paid out as an advance payment in February. Note that this advance payment is in addition to the advance off-cycle payment that employees are required to receive every half month by Russian law.
