Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) (ICM)

Remuneration for the first acquisition of a transaction (e.g. contract). Prerequisite for the entitlement to payment of an acquisition commission is the payment of a basic charge/premium/installment etc. by the customer of the commission contract partner. An acquisition commission is remunerated for a transaction-based activity.

Example

When a contract is signed with a telephone company, the commission recipient receives the acquisition commission once the customer has paid the first basic charge.
