The maximum adjusted rate of basic pay after taking into account all pay caps that may be applicable. This is the sum of an employee´s rate of basic pay and any locality-based comparability payment or special pay adjustment for law enforcement officers or continued rate of pay under 5 CFR Part 531, Subpart G, that may be paid after applying the appropriate caps.
