The recorded time data documenting employees' actual attendance times or actual absence times.

Actual time has the opposite meaning of planned working time.

Example

According to the work schedule, an employee is scheduled to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on December 3 (planned working time). The actual time data (actual times) from this day is shown below:

8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Attendance

2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Absence for doctor's appointment
