Use

You can display data for the archived quality notifications using the evaluation program.

Prerequisites

  1. Choose Tools → Administration → Administration → Archiving.
  2. Enter the object name QM_QMEL for the quality notification on the archive management initial screen and choose Analyze.
  3. Specify whether the program should be executed as a batch or in dialog (online).

a)

Edit the Start date and the Spool parameters.

You use the spool parameters to control the print output of the archiving log that has been created.

Choose Execute and enter the name of the archive file that you want to analyze.

b)

Enter the required values and save your entries.

You return to the initial screen.

  

c)

Choose one or more archive files using Archive selection if necessary.

  

  1. Choose Execute.

Result

The contents of the relevant archive files is displayed.
