In addition to making the system configuration settings, you can set up payment advice note entry user-specific when maintaining the user parameters, so that the entry is made with current totals. To do this you need to assign an X (X = Enter payment advice notices with current totals) to the parameter AVA in the user master record by choosing Tools ® Administration ® Maintain Users ® Users.
