Mapping Service Attributes
To map attributes:
1. You have mapped the attributes to the operations they belong to.
2. You have fulfilled the prerequisites for operations mapping.
3. You have opened the Datasource tab page from the service you are mapping and have selected a mapped operation.
If you do this, you will see a hierarchical arrangement of input and output parameters for both the external and entity services operations.
See: Rules for Service Mapping
1. To create a mapping, select the attribute you want to map.
2. Per drag and drop, map the entity service attribute to an external operation.
3. Dotted lines and an arrow appears, indicating the connection of the entity service with an external operation:
○ Green arrow indicates collections mapping.
○ Black arrow indicates single attributes mapping.
4. Mapping results are listed in the operation parameters table.

You can delete previously defined mappings, but a parameter that is originally mapped when the application is created must stay mapped otherwise the configuration application does not permit changes to be saved.
1. Select the arrow indicating the mapping you want to delete.
The selected arrow color turns red.
2. Select the arrow with the secondary mouse button and choose Delete from the context menu.
The arrow disappears and the mapping is deleted.
3. To delete a collection mapping, delete all single attributes mappings in the collection one by one.
