Substitution Profile in Unified Inbox

A group of tasks can be classified into various task classes in backend systems. A substitution profile comprises of specific task classes. Unified Inbox merges the substitution profiles from multiple back-end systems based on the substitution profile key. While creating substitution profiles in each back-end systems, ensure the following:

• For substitution profiles that have the same semantic meaning across systems, create the profiles by maintaining same profile key and same profile text in each system.

• For substitution profiles that have different semantic meanings across systems, avoid creating the profiles with the same key across systems.
