IC: Time Interval (30 Minutes)
Technical name: 0CRM_30MIN
For the purpose of analyzing the data from the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) system, the connections made to the Interaction Center are measured in 30 minute intervals so that you can evaluate the rate of connections, abandoned calls, at the most accurate level. The time intervals are counted from 0000 hours as follows:
· 0000 – 0030 hours Slot 01
· 0030 – 0100 hours Slot 02
· 0100 – 0130 hours Slot 03
and so on.
You can also cumulate the time intervals so that you can measure number of connections made per day, week, or month as required.
