Applicant Tracking and Talent Warehouse
Swift access to up-to-date data is essential for companies that want to be able to continually optimize their recruitment processes. It is not only a question of keeping track of the complete Talent Relationship Management process, but also of being informed about the potential of the candidates registered in the Talent Warehouse and being able to evaluate it.
To be able to optimize the recruitment process, the recruiting manager requires answers to the following questions:
● How did candidates learn about our job postings?
● On average, how many interviews are held for each job offer?
● How many offers are made before an acceptance is received?
● How long does it take to fill a position?
● How many requisitions have been created? What is the current status of all requisitions? To which organizational units are the requisitions assigned?
The Talent Warehouse helps to set up long-term relationships with talent. Candidates can register themselves in the talent database themselves and enter the relevant data, such as their skills and qualifications, interests, and career plans. The recruiting manager needs to be able to keep track of all candidates and their skills. Thus, the manager requires answers to this question:
● What skills and qualifications do the candidate’s in the Talent Warehouse have?
