Note that the BI Content for Talent Management described in this section is obsolete after you have activated the business functions HCM, Core Processes in Talent Management 01 (HCM_TMC_CI_1) and HCM, Core Processes in Talent Management 02 (BF_HCM_TMC_CI_2). In this case, the new Talent Management and Talent Development BI Content is valid. For more information, see SAP Note 1223936.

The BI Content for Talent Management accesses the BI Content of the Talent Development InfoArea (0PA_TMTM), and also uses BI Content of other components. You also need the following BI Content:

  1. In addition to the BI Content of the E-Recruiting InfoArea as listed here, you require additional BI Content for the E-Recruiting component (0PA_ER).

  2. Succession Planning (0PA_SCP)

  3. In addition to the BI Content of the Organizational Management InfoArea as listed here, you require additional BI Content for the Organizational Management component (0PA_OS).

  4. In addition to the BI Content of the Performance Management InfoArea (0HCM_TM_ANALYTICS_1_EHP3) as listed here, you require additional BI Content for the Objective Settings and Appraisals component (0PA_HAP).
