E-Mail Event
Technical name: 0CRM_EEVENT
This characteristic contains information about e-mail events in the E-Mail Response Management System (ERMS).
During the lifetime of an e-mail message in SAP CRM, the system captures different events, which can be triggered by the system or by users. Some examples include:
· Accept
· Auto Respond
· Process and Record
· Send Reply
· End
Events can change the status of an e-mail message. For example, Send Reply changes the status of the message to Responded.
