Shared Services 
This InfoArea allows you to analyze all personnel-relevant services performed in your company. You can analyze the following services:
Services only performed by a role (such as the employee)
Services in which multiple roles (such as employee, manager, and HR Administrator) are involved (processes)
The analyses are relevant both for those departments of a company that perform these services (classic personnel department, shared-service center) and those that receive these services (HR Manager of a department). If an external service provider performs part of the services, you can also use the key figures to compare internal and external service providers.
