Ratio of Outbound Delivery Errors 
Query: 0WM_MP12_Q0004
You can use this query to see information about picking task, or delivery item errors in the warehouse on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This allows you to see developing trends, or know when the number of errors is improving or getting worse. The query provides drill-down criteria such as means of transport, route, document type, and business partner to allow you to see if the errors originate beyond the warehouse. Additional criteria related to the warehouse activity area, time of day, or particular employee can help you identify internal sources of error, and allow you to take actions to improve them.
This query provides the number of incorrect outbound delivery items (ODLVI) reported in a confirmed proof of delivery (PoD), the total number of outbound delivery items flagged by the PoD indicator, and the ratio of the incorrect ODLVI over the total number of ODLVI. Time intervals are determined by the goods issue end date and time.

This query can only be used if PoD documents are used in SAP ERP.
This query cannot be used for direct outbound delivery orders (DirODO) because SAP EWM does not receive information from SAP ERP indicating whether any of these deliveries are PoD-relevant.
This query does not support outbound deliveries created in versions of SAP EWM earlier than SAP EWM 9.0.
