With this query, you can analyze how often contact was made between your stakeholders and your company in the specified period. By contact, every event is meant where information is exchanged between a stakeholder and the company, as well as every individually enclosed information unit.

For example, if you start the SEM-SRM automatic mail dispatch within a mailing action to send to all stakeholders whose information requirements are entered in the system the desired information, this results in at least one contact per stakeholder. However, if a stakeholder has registered a requirement for several types of information (for example annual reports and press articles), the system counts the information sent to each stakeholder separately.
