This InfoArea allows you to monitor and report the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with operating EIC.

It provides standard queries to evaluate performance criteria over a designated period of time and allows you to measure and track data in the following areas:

  • Activity Volume

  • Activity Execution Time and Execution time SLA

  • Activity Customer Satisfaction SLA
