The Talent Management and Talent Development InfoArea (0PA_TMC) provides you with prepared BI Content for the Talent Management Specialist role. The available analyses focus on measuring the progress and success of the various Talent Management processes.

This BI Content comprises the following analysis scenarios:

Integration

To analyze data from the Talent Management and Talent Development component (PA-TM), you must activate the business function HCM, Core Processes in Talent Management 02 (BF_HCM_TMC_CI_2).

Caution Caution

Note that once you have activated the business functions HCM_TMC_CI_1 and BF_HCM_TMC_CI_2, you should only use the BI Content for this InfoArea. Previous deliveries of BI Content for the Talent Management area are thus obsolete. For more information, see SAP Note 1223936.
