Clearing Costs (CRM)

This InfoCube enables you to analyze the cost-related actual key figures in the area of CRM utility contracts for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers. CRM characteristics such as the business partner, the CRM utility contract, and the CRM product can be used in the analysis.
The InfoCube is filled with a global planning sequence of the SEM BPS. For example, Valuating Costs (Serial) ( 4UCCRMS4). The cost rates contained in the Rates: Sales Costs (CRM) (0UCCCRMC08) and Rates: Billing Costs (CRM) (0UCCRMC09) InfoCubes are valuated.

As a prerequisite, you must have the IS-U/CRM Integration for Commercial and Industrial Customers component.
