The query displays all opportunities with the statuses Open and In Process.

 

An exception has been defined for this query so that an alert is triggered in the Portal if the expected sales revenue of an opportunity decreases by a certain value. The name of the exception is "Expected sales volume is too low". You can define the threshold value at which the alert should be triggered by choosing Change query  ®  Change exception and choosing the exception. In the following dialog box, enter the value from which the alert should be triggered and an alert level.
