Use

The Web template displays both the actual and plan values cumulated up to the prior period and the planned or forecasted annual values for the cost centers belonging to the manager who is calling the template.

The cost centers are determined using an SAP exit variable from the analysis authorizations. For more information, see Personalization of the Areas of Responsibility.
