The "campaign arrangement officer" analyses the purchasing behavior of known customers. They can then use these analyses later as a basis for arranging market campaigns.

When analyzing the purchasing behavior of known customers the campaign arrangement officer checks:

• when and how often the known customer has made purchases,
• in which stores and departments the known customer has made purchases, or
• how much money the known customer has spent.

The campaign arrangement officer uses this information when preparing marketing campaigns and can, for example, target a marketing campaign at a specific article.
