This Data Store Object is used to store the detailed history of permission violations data by user. It does not contain snapshots of the violations data at regular intervals; rather, it records the changes that occurred by user, date stamped by the change date.

When a change occurs to a user, as recorded in the change log DSO 0GCC_URP, the entire set of violations associated with that user are extracted from the current DSO and loaded into this history DSO prior to the current violations being refreshed in the current DSO.

Data is loaded into this DSO using both the Export DataSource from DSO 0GCC_URP and the contents of DSO 0GCC_UPD, in conjunction with a start routine in the update rules.

The Snapshot Date represents the current system date in BI when this data was being processed and stored into the history DSO. The ‘Run Date’ characteristic represents the date which the data was processed in the GRC Risk Analysis and Remediation system. The ‘Record Flag’ characteristic is provided to be used in MultiProvider scenarios where current and history violations may be logically combined.
