You use the Create and Submit eDocument report (EDOC_COCKPIT transaction) to cancel eDocuments. For each country there are specific requirements in regard to the type of documents that can be cancelled as well as in which situations they can be cancelled. In some countries, you can cancel documents that have been already approved by the tax authorities by voiding them. In other countries, you can cancel rejected documents that contained errors.
