As the second step in the administration of disclosures, you create a standard disclosure text. The standard text is then always used if the system cannot determine another assignment. This ensures that no messages are sent without disclosures if an assignment is deleted or incorrectly maintained.
If it is necessary in your enterprise, you have maintained enterprise-area-specific disclosures, as described in Step 1: Creating Disclosures for Enterprise Areas.
Proceed as follows to maintain a standard disclosure text:
...
1. Call transaction SODIS.
The disclosures maintenance interface appears. The folder Disclosures for External Communication is on the left of the screen. This folder contains the subfolder Documents and the nodes Standard Disclosures and No Disclosure.
2. Switch to change mode and choose the Standard Disclosures node.
The Standard Document subwindow appears on the right of the screen. You cannot change the title Standard Disclosures. In the text editor, you can then either directly create a text for the disclosure, paste a text, or upload a local text file. The usual text editor functions are also available. You can also save the text as a local file.
3. Save the text that you entered.
You have created a standard text for disclosures that is always used if the system cannot determine any other assignments. In this way, you ensure that all business correspondence contains at least a standard disclosure text.
However, if you have users that should be removed from the disclosure rules, such as technical users, you can continue with Optional Step 3: Defining Excpeptions for Disclosures.
