You can define the disclosures in accordance with different enterprise areas or other categories. If a subdivision of this type is not required in your enterprise, you can also continue with Step 2: Creating a Default Disclosure.
...
1. Call transaction SODIS.
The disclosures maintenance interface appears. The folder Disclosures for External Communication is on the left of the screen. This folder contains the subfolder Documents and the nodes Standard Disclosures and No Disclosure.
2. Switch to change mode and open the Documents folder.
In the folder, all documents that are already available as disclosure texts are displayed.
SAP does not deliver any default texts for disclosures.
3. Choose Create Disclosure.
The subwindows Document and Assignment appear on the right of the window.
In the Document subwindow, you enter the text for the disclosures and the title. A useful title would be the name of the enterprise area, such as SAP AG. In the text editor, you can either enter the text directly or upload a text file by choosing Load Local File. You can also save the file locally.
In the Assignment subwindow, you can assign documents as disclosures for users, company addresses, e-mail domains, or fax numbers. If there are multiple assignments, the disclosures are selected in the order user, company address, and then e-mail domain and fax number. For example, the disclosure for SAP AG can be assigned to the e-mail domain sap.com. In this case, this disclosure would be inserted into the e-mails of all senders with the mail domain sap.com.
You have created disclosure texts in accordance with your enterprise areas or other categories that are important for you.
In Step 2: Creating Default Disclosures, you now ensure that there is a default text that is used if the system cannot determine another assignment.
