Vendors: Initial Supply of Rack Jobber Goods to the Store

Use

The rack jobber delivers the goods to the store. The intended sales area is supplied for the first time. If Inventory Management is active, you can post the goods receipt.

Prerequisites

The settings in Customizing correspond to the listing in Vendors: Rack jobber.

Master data is maintained as described in Vendors: Creating Master Data for Rack Jobber Processing.

Activities

If Inventory Management is active, you post the goods receipt using movement type 501/K (Receipt w/o purchase order into consignment stores).

If Inventory Management is not active, you cannot enter a goods receipt.
