Use

Use, for example, to distribute site master data that you changed centrally to other systems that are set up for displaying but not changing master records.

Activities

Transfer changes to the following data by transporting the IMG:

Sites
Valuation areas
Customizing settings
Addresses

2. If you change the address data of a retail site, distribute changes to the following data by ALE:

Customer master data

For retail sites, retail-specific data (for example, departments, material groups) is distributed with the customer master data. The system checks this data in the target system.

Vendor master data
