Downloading Custom HTML Styles from Version 1.1 SP03

Prerequisites

You implemented custom styles in enterprise workspaces version 1.1 SP03 (this tool is not relevant for any other version).
You are assigned the Workspaces System Administration role.
You are assigned the portal System Admin role.

Context

This topic describes how to migrate your custom HTML branding from enterprise workspaces version 1.1 SP03 to a later version. You first need to download the version 1.1 SP03 custom HTML styles to your file system.

After that, you can copy any branding customizations and integrate them into the HTML styles of the current version (using the Web Resource Repository).

Procedure

In the portal, navigate to Workspace Administration Configuration .
Select Tools.
In the Download Custom HTML Styles tool, choose Go.
Choose Download and specify a location in the file system to save the .zip file.
Extract the .zip file and any .zip files that it contains.
These .zip files contain custom images and palette changes used to brand version 1.1 SP03. You can use these downloaded files to modify the HTML styles of the current version.
