Creating Where-Used Lists for Authorization Values (RSUSR002)
You can use this report to search for certain authorization values, such as all users that have authorization to post goods receipt.
- Start the user information system (transaction SUIM).
- Expand the nodes Where-Used List and Authorization Values.
- Choose the Execute option next to one of the following search areas:
- In Users
- In Roles
- In Profiles
- In Authorizations
- Specify the authorization object (such as M_MSEG_WWE), for the values of which you want to create the where-used list, and the values for the authorization object in the fields, which are different, depending on the authorization object (in this example, activity = 01).
- Choose Execute.
The result list appears.
- There are additional functions available to you on the result list, depending on the search area.
The result list displays the where-used list for the authorization object in the specified search area.
