Working with Wikis
You use a wiki to collaborate with multiple users on one page. Wiki pages are assigned to organizational units called spaces. Wiki pages are created and edited within spaces that can be organized in a hierarchy.
You are assigned to the end user role for wikis and your administrator has granted you the corresponding end user authorizations (space authorizations).
The following scenarios are possible, depending on your authorizations:
You only have read authorization for wiki pages within the spaces. This means that you cannot create your own wiki pages, you can only read the pages of other users. With read authorization you cannot collaborate with other users on one page.
You have creation authorization for pages within one or more spaces. If you have creation authorization, you can also edit pages created by other users. You can collaborate with other users on the same page.
The wiki home page is the initial page for collaborating on wikis. You can execute various activities from there.
For more information, see Working with the Wiki Home Page.
A page always has only a single creator, but can have additional authors editing the page.
For more information, see Creating and Editing Wiki Pages.
You can change the wiki themes that affect the appearance only of your own user account.
For more information, see Managing Wiki Themes.
When you create a page, you can define how you want to collaborate with other users on this page.

You can receive e-mail notifications when a wiki page or a space is changed.

As a wiki user, you can format a wiki page in PDF format and send it as an e-mail:
