Starting the Windows LM Security Support Provider Service 

Use

Before you can use Windows NTLM for SSO, you must start the Windows LAN Manager Security Support Provider service. Therefore, configure this service to start automatically.

Procedure

       1.      Choose Start Programs → Administrative Tools → Services.

       2.      Select the service NT LM Security Support Provider.

       3.      Choose General.

       4.      Change the startup type from manual to automatic.
