 Moving a User to Another CompanyLocate this document in the navigation structure


Either through reorganization or change in status, you want to move a user from one company to another.

  • You must have global administrator rights to change the company the to which the user belongs.

    A delegated user administrator cannot change the user company.

  • The user must exist.

    You cannot be working in one company context and add a user to a different company.

  1. Start Identity Management.
  2. In the search result list, select a user.
  3. Choose Modify.
  4. On the tab General Information, choose a new value for Company.
  5. Choose Save.

The user now belongs to the new company.
