Prerequisites

Open SAP NetWeaver Administrator and then choose   Availability and Performance   Resource Monitoring   System Performance Statistics  .

Procedure

Viewing Incoming Calls
  1. From the Show dropdown box, choose Incoming calls.

  2. In the Advanced Search screen area, you can:

    • Choose all installed instances of the system or specify the instance you want to view.

    • Specify important parameters for the incoming calls of the monitored instance, such as start date and time, protocol, action and action type, user, response time, CPU time, external time, DB time, and allocated memory.

    • Choose Go to display the specified parameters or Clear to delete the filter set.

  3. In the Call List screen area, you can find a list of all instance's incoming calls and their important parameters.

  4. When select an incoming call, information about its parameters is displayed in the Call Details screen area.

Viewing Outgoing Calls
  1. From the Show dropdown box, choose Outgoing calls.

  2. In the Advanced Search screen area specify the call parameters.

  3. Choose Go to start the filter and Clear to delete the requirements set.

  4. In the Call List screen area, information about the component type, system ID, destination, call time, connection ID, and connection counter is displayed.

  5. When select an outgoing call, information about all parameters is displayed in the Call Details screen area.

    Note Note

    An outgoing HTTP call with redirection is counted as separate calls for each redirect, while an HTTPS outgoing call with redirection is counted as a single call.

  6. To view parallelly the incoming calls details, choose Incoming calls tab from the Call Details screen area.

Result

You can download and save the data from your incoming / outgoing calls. To do this, choose Export to Spreadsheet.
